Go as hard as possible. In this case the best thing I could do was to stop making songs and get back to the drawing board. I kept thinking of new ideas while staying out of the music. A major lesson this taught me is sometimes u have to clear your mind and do something new to find out what you are searching for. MONEY MASON: What role does music play in your life beyond the professional aspect? How does it personally affect you? BOOFY: Music is in a sense a form of meditation. When u listen to the words of a song the energy reflects how u feel in that moment. This is why I prefer to listen to music where they say real shit instead of nonsense. |
